Topological Torsion and Saturn's Rings

The stability of matter in the thin rotational plane of a rotating gravitational system can be explained by a plasma force that is directed to the equatorial plane from both the top and the bottom hemispheres. Solutions to a rotating plasma configuration have been found, using the concept of topological torsion, that indicate that a Lorentz force exists in such rotating plasmas that will force matter to the rotational equatorial plane.
